The Cover Letter of My Four Page Mass Mailing Letter to the Embassies of 175 Foreign Nations dated April 16, 1998
At this time, February, 1998, I was well aware that with the celestial events of Matthew 24:29 due to be fulfilled in less than two years, that if I were "to do this right," I should, by all rights, contact every nation of the world by writing a letter to the embassies of every foreign nation that I could obtain a postal address for and that I needed to do it relatively soon, even though I pointed out early in my manuscript (on page 24 of approx. 800 pages) that Christ may not return to earth until the year 2010 or 2020. (By this time, I had come up with the invaluable phrase of "Christ returning to earth sometime during the lifetimes of most of those who are now living.")
So, I quickly figured out how much it would cost to make up 178 copies of a four page mass mailing letter plus postage and it came to about $100. (By this time, I was keenly aware that four pages was the maximum number of pages that one can place in an envelope and stay under one ounce in weight.) Still, I wasn't sure if such a mass mailing would do "$100 worth of good" and I really did not want to part with the $100. But I did twist my arm and I sent out this mass mailing letter so that I would not later have any regrets. (I even dated this letter on April 16, 1998 so that I could charge the cost of the 178 first class postage stamps on my credit card after my credit card's billing cycle ended on the 13th day of each month.)
As I have discovered with several actions and decisions that I have made throughout my unusual 'second vocation in life', this four page document has been invaluable to share with others as it concisely describes and explains my letter-writing effort since 1991, regardless of whether or not the reader is able to understand it.
Shown below is the typed cover letter of my four page mass mailing letter which I found to be much fun and challenging to compose.

April 16, 1998
To: All Embassies of Foreign Nations in Washington D.C., New York City, and U.N. Missions (approximately 175),
As you can see from the enclosed materials, I first believed that I would have a message to the world-at-large in 1989, at about the same time of another epochal event: the fall of the Berlin Wall. I believed that when I went public in Fall, 1992, I would have an extraordinary Protestant woman (of whom I greatly cared for) at my side during the following 3 1/2 years and, together, we would perform a worldwide ministry. As you can also see from the enclosed materials, events and reality took a different course.
Beginning in 1991, I did begin a prolific letter-writing ministry, but only to nations I believed to be involved in conflict. Although it may appear to be otherwise, I have written to the embassies of Israel and her Arab neighbors a few times a year since 1992. It appears that the governments of man can only do so much towards reconciliation with others--even in the face of Christ's imminent return within the lifetimes of most of those who are now living. Hopefully, there will be positive developments in the Middle East in the coming months.
Because I seriously took Christ at His Word as a 10-year-old astronomer in 1964, my uncovering the Matthew 24:29 prophecy was not a great feat for me. My greatest deed (and most difficult sacrifice) was befriending a dying young woman who I would eventually love greatly and then having to let her go and remain silent while she married another man.
I send out this mass mailing to formally complete the prophecy of Revelation 12:5, "She gave birth to a son--a boy destined to shepherd all the nations with an 'iron rod' (felt pen)." If I did not do this now, it would soon be too late to do it at all.
Perhaps the main message of this letter is that, notwithstanding the many sordid episodes in mankind's history, the whole of humanity has real cause to rejoice in that it has not only survived since Christ's First Coming but, in many ways, mankind has prospered and now stands at the threshold of the end of history as we now know it and an orderly transition into a new and better world.
Prepare for Christ's return in whatever way you deem appropriate for your nation. After Christ returns, the onus will be on Him to establish His worldwide theocracy. Until then, I agree with Secretary Albright's opinion that America is "the indispensable nation". Even an armchair historian can see that the world history of the 20th Century would be dramatically different had America been an isolationist nation.
If you have any questions, please let me know. It would be novel if you could send me a unit of your native currency to indicate your receipt of this missive.
My best wishes to all employees of your embassy.
(In felt pen, I added, "I maintain anonymity to maintain a life of normalcy".)
Sincerely yours,
